Due to our ongoing expansion we now have the demand for a new Real Estate Agent. Local Property 4 Sale is on the lookout for talented sales professionals who are hungry for a rewarding career in real estate who can help us take our business to the next level.
The chosen real estate agent will have the responsibility for their own results and you will see first-hand how your hard work will pay off and take your career new heights. This is a highly varied role that will be challenging and rewarding
Key Skill sets:

Must have computer skills in key Microsoft applications.

Be able to present to home owners (Sellers) to ensure new real estate sales listings.

Communicate with buyers to gain great sales outcomes.

Handling all buyer inquiry

Showing property to potential buyers

Be the Key negotiator

Must have a current license

Must have a car
